   Gorilla Trekking Day

   Before dawn, transfer to park headquarters for ranger allocation and porter introductions. Hike through farmland into misty bamboo and Hagenia forest — terrain and duration vary by gorilla location that morning. When you reach your family, spend a transformative hour watching silverbacks, mothers, and playful juveniles in their world. Descend for a celebratory lunch and spa recovery at the lodge.
